Biography

Mangesh Shankarrao Khodke, MBA (Human Resource Management), is a dedicated management professional with extensive experience in human resources, operations, administration, education, and quality management.

He began his professional career as a Lecturer at Amar Senior College, where he was actively involved in teaching and mentoring students. He later served as an Administrator at ESMS, gaining valuable experience in institutional administration and organizational management.

Mangesh also worked as an English Tutor and Personality Development Mentor at KEC International, where he guided students in developing effective communication skills, self-confidence, leadership qualities, and overall personality, helping them prepare for academic and professional success.

He subsequently joined Kishor Logistics as Manager – HR & Operations, where he was responsible for human resource management, operational planning, employee engagement, and process improvement. His leadership played a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and organizational performance.

Currently, Mangesh is associated with the NYK Group as a Quality & Operations Manager. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining quality standards, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a strong culture of safety, discipline, and operational efficiency.

Throughout his career, Mangesh has demonstrated strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence. His diverse experience across education, administration, human resources, operations, and quality management reflects his ability to lead teams, solve complex challenges, and achieve organizational objectives.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mangesh is actively involved in social and community service. He regularly participates in social welfare initiatives in nearby villages, contributing to community development through awareness programs, educational support, health and safety initiatives, and activities that promote social responsibility.
